Order cancellation:
Unfortunately, orders can not be canceled or modified once confirmed. Each piece is carefully prepared, so we encourage you to review your cart thoroughly before placing your order.

Order returns after shipping:
Due to the fragile nature of ceramic products and the fact that they are handmade items, I am unable to accept returns once the order has been shipped.

Damaged items & delivery Issues:
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order, and the refund processing time will depend on the policies of your card-issuing bank. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
