Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, orders can not be canceled or modified once confirmed. Each piece is carefully prepared, so we encourage you to review your cart thoroughly before placing your order.

Do you ship only within Europe or internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Europe. We will keep you informed as soon as international shipping becomes available.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the postal service if a package is missing or arrives damaged.

Are all the pieces unique?
Yes. Each piece is hand-formed, which means slight variations in shape, size, color, or texture are to be expected. This is what makes each item unique.

Do you take customs/custom orders?
At the moment, I do not take custom orders.

What artisanal techniques do you use?
Our pieces are made using traditional techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab-building. Every step is done by hand, without a wheel.

Are the products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, our pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend handwashing to better preserve the glaze over time.

Can I use the pieces for cooking or for hot/cold food?
Yes, our ceramics are food-safe and suitable for both hot and cold beverages and dishes. We advise avoiding sudden temperature changes.

How should I care for my ceramics?
Gentle handwashing with a non-abrasive sponge is ideal. Avoid harsh cleaners that could wear down the glaze over time. While they are dishwasher safe, handwashing helps maintain the color and glaze longer.

Where do your products come from?
All of our pieces are handmade in our studio located in Belgium.
